Remedies to Relieve Joint Pain
Joints are
located between bones, providing support to help you move. If they are damaged

Remedies for Joint Pain
1. Hot and
Cold Compresses

why hot and cold packs can relieve joint pain is because the heat helps

aching joint.
Take two
towels and wrap the compresses separately. Never apply them directly to the
