1. Ginger Infusion

Ingredients:

6-7 ginger slices
1 tsp. of honey
1 tsp. of black pepper
Preparation:

Add the ginger and pepper when the water starts boiling. Cover the pot, leave it to boil for a minute, then turn the heat on low. Simmer for additional 5-7 minutes until it gets a nice yellow shade. Let it cool to room temperature, and add in the honey. Drink this ginger infusion 2-3 times a day.2 cups of water

Steam treatments loosen up phlegm buildups and offer an instant relief. For an optimal effect, add herbs to the water.

Ingredients:

4-5 cups of hot water
½ tsp. of rosemary
½tsp. of Thyme
