apple cider vinegar along with high-carb meals, the type-2 diabetes patients
lowered the blood sugar levels by 25%, while pre-diabetics decreased the levels

glucose metabolism in the liver can be altered. This acid has anti-glycemic
effects as well, which means that it delays the gastric emptying and reduces
the starch digestion in those who suffer from diabetes.

the researchers, owing to the active ingredient in ACV – acetic acid, patients
can easily decrease their weight by consuming apple cider vinegar.
A Japanese
study divided patients into three categories, all of which had similar body
weight, waist measurement and body mass index. The first group took ½ ounces of
apple cider vinegar, the second group took only one ounce and the third group
took no apple cider vinegar at all.
The results
showed that participants who took apple cider vinegar had lower levels of
triglycerides, smaller waist measurements, lower body weight and belly fat due
to the ACV’s ability to speed up the metabolism and decrease obesity.

has antioxidant chlorogenic acid which protects the ″good″ cholesterol
particles from oxidation, which is crucial for protecting the heart from
various ailments.
Apple cider

ACV has

homeostatic function in the organism. This reduces the oxidative stress caused
